We are volcanoes. When we women offer our experience as our truth, as human truth, all the maps change. There are new mountains.

Let’s talk about the Mother’s Wellbeing

Thank you for stopping in and joining us as we build a new community, resource and space for women navigating the profound experience of motherhood. It’s a space where the woman’s wellbeing can come first. Here’s a little about why we got started.

Through contributed personal essays, expert articles and carefully curated resources, we’re shifting the conversation around motherhood in a way that’s distinct from parenting. There’s no motherhood perfected here, no right or wrong choices, no parenting advice, no push to be an aspirational version of someone else. This is a space where you can feel free to be a woman first, and a mother second—without the guilt.

If you’re interested in contributing, we’re seeking stories on the postpartum experience—including birth, identity, depression, guilt, the early years, the later years, ways to #motheryourself, or any other story you need to tell. If you have a story to tell, we invite you to submit your ideas here.
